Ron Kovic, the author of “Born on the 4th of July”. Dinner Entrée: Your choice of: • Hand-Carved Roasted Turkey with apple-sage dressing, mashed potatoes, tangy cranberry sauce, giblet gravy and corn bread. • Slow-Roasted Pot Roast topped with cabernet au jus, mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.
