| The Hispanic Leadership Council (HLC) of Stanislaus County invites you to attend the 24th Annual Fiesta Mexicana to raise money for scholarships for the Hispanic Youth Leadership Council (HYLC) programs throughout 24 local High Schools and 4 middle/Junior High schools in our area.
