Daughter of legendary Pepe Aguilar, youngest granddaughter to equally iconic artists Flor Silvestre and Antonio Aguilar, Ángela Aguilar was just nine years old when reached out to a new generation of fans with her first album and La Chancla, one of her grandfather’s greatest hits. The video for that song currently exceeds 18 million online views. Since then she has been nominated for a Grammy Award and two Latin Grammy Awards (Best New Artist and Best Ranchera Album) and she is the youngest to be nominated and perform at that show.
