Community Hospice Veterans Pavilion Dedication Ceremony

On November 11, 2019, the Community Hospice Foundation will be holding our Annual Veterans Pavilion Dedication Ceremony at the Community Hospice Haig & Isabel Berberian Patient Services Center. We invite you to join us for a special Veterans ceremony and reception to honor those who have served our country.

Purchasing a memorial brick or paver provides an opportunity for community members to honor a loved one.

Community Hospice is a partner in the “We Honor Veterans” program, which is a collaboration between the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Light refreshments will be served.
