DANA CARVEY

Dana Carvey first appeared at the Gallo Center in 2009, and then again in 2013, in both cases delighting capacity audiences with his uproarious comedy. A repertory member of "Saturday Night Live" for seven seasons, Carvey is best known for his characters the Church Lady; Hans, of the Hans and Franz body building duo; and Garth, Wayne Campbell's 'Excellent Co-Host' on the immensely popular sketch 'Wayne's World.' He also is renowned for his impersonations of Ex-President George H. W. Bush, H. Ross Perot, Jerry Brown and Bob Dole, not to mention George Burns, Johnny Carson, Jimmy Stewart, John McLaughlin, Mickey Rooney and Regis Philbin.
