This day of Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide to inspire individuals and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide.

This all-day event will be held at the Event Center located at Stanislaus State at One University Circle in Turlock, California. The Event Center is located near the University Bookstore.
Free parking will be available for all attendees in Lot 8 off Mariposa Drive on the east side of the campus.
