Start the evening with Greens famous Zingers which are Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños with Cream Cheese and Dried Apricots. Enjoy appetizers such as Baby Potatoes with Sour Cream, Bacon and Chive and Creme Fraiche and Caviar as well as Asian Pear with French Brie wrapped in Prosciutto The First Course will feature Frank Family Chardonnay paired with Butternut Squash Soup with Fried Sage, served with Butter Lettuce Bouquet, Apples, Roasted Almonds and Nicolau Farms Goat Cheese with Creamy Vinaigrette. The Second Course will pair Frank Family Pinot Noir with Mushroom Ravioli with Brown Butter Herb Sauce The Dinner Course will feature Frank Family Zinfandel and guests will have a choice of either Filet of Beef with Zinfandel Reduction or Roasted Muscovy Duck Breast with a Red Currant and Zinfandel Hunt Sauce. Side dishes will include Greens Polenta and Roasted Root Vegetables. Dinner will be followed by an artisan cheese course paired with Frank Family Vineyards Cabernet.
