Holiday Hoedown for Sam's Cafe
| It is no secret that on Friday November 24th Sam's Cafe suffered a significant loss due to a fire. It is going to take a few month to get the Cafe rebuilt and operating again which leaves the staff unemployed and devastated during the holidays. Sherill and her staff are always donating their time and resources to our community and it is now our turn to come together and show them how much they mean to us. A group of us are putting together a dinner event to help the staff with the loss of wages during this difficult transition and waiting period. On Friday December 15th Where: Tuolumne River Lodge, 2429 River Road, Modesto Ca. When: 6-11pm Price: $25 per person. All ages welcome however a ticket is necessary for everyone attending. Ticket includes: Dinner and live entertainment!!! Raffle, silent auction, dessert auction, pictures with Santa and Mrs Claus and 2nd Amendment raffle will also be offered. In addition soda and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Tickets will be available for purchase on Wednesday November 29th at 5:45pm at Alfonso's Mexican Restaurant, 2375 Lawrence St, Ceres. |
