We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Valley Strong Credit Union and the launch of a new financial empowerment program! Join us on this six-month journey to learn everything you need to know about banking. Take control of your finances with our series of informative workshops, available in both English and Spanish. After you register, you'll receive a confirmation email allowing you to choose the specific dates and topics you want to attend. *Please note—these classes will be held in the SHGV conference room and on Zoom! If you cannot attend in person, you can still join us from the comfort of your home! The workshop dates: • May 29th - Banking Basics • June 26th - Budgeting • July 31st - Credit Scores & Reports • August 28th - Debt Management • September 25th - Preparing for Financial Emergencies • October 30th - Making Budgets Work For all dates, the Spanish class is from 4:00 – 5:00, and the English class is from 5:00 – 6:00.
