Planning to Dig

April marks the beginning of home improvement season and is also recognized as National Safe Digging Month. Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) reminds you to call 811 before you dig, plant, landscape or build. We want to raise awareness of the importance of calling 811 to avoid damage to underground lines, which can potentially cause injuries, costly fees, and inconvenient service outages.
