Salvation Army Kidz Day

Join us on Tuesday, May 13th for Kidz Day, an annual fundraising event supporting the Salvation Army Red Shield Community Center in South Modesto. This special day is dedicated to helping at-risk youth right here in our community gain access to vital spiritual, educational, and athletic programs.

Volunteers will be out across the city distributing a special edition Morris Newspaper filled with stories, photos, and highlights of the incredible work being done at the Red Shield. 100% of all donations raised go directly to these local programs that provide a safe haven and brighter future for children in one of Modesto’s most underserved neighborhoods.

The Modesto Chamber of Commerce has proudly adopted a corner for this year’s Kidz Day! Stop by to show your support, make a donation, grab your copy of the special edition, and help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of local youth.
