Veteran’s Pavilion Dedication
| Community Hospice will be dedicating engraved bricks and pavers to honor those who have serviced our country in the military and have passed away at their Veteran’s Pavilion Dedication Ceremony. Community Hospice is a partner in the “We Honor Veterans” program, which is a National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization program. Light refreshments will be served.
