Veterans Pavilion Dedication Ceremony
| On November 12, 2018, the Community Hospice Foundation will be holding our Annual Veterans Pavilion Dedication Ceremony at the Community Hospice Haig & Isabel Berberian Patient Services Center. We invite you to join us for a special veterans ceremony and reception to honor those who have served our country. Purchasing a memorial brick or paver proves an opportunity for community members to honor a loved one. Community Hospice is a partner in the “We Honor Veterans” program, which is a collaboration between the National Hospice and Palliative Care organization and the Department of Veteran Affairs. Light refreshments will be served. |
