Warehouse Associate – Cold Storage Facility
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Must be open to 10–12 hour shifts and a split schedule)
 

Also have a 6am start, 3pm start and a 10pm start

Requirements:

• Stand-up forklift and EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack – Rider Jack) experience with 3 plus years required on each

• Prior experience working in a cold storage environment (average 40°F)

• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts and adapt to a split schedule

• Must be able to multi-task, stay productive without constant supervision, and handle a fast-paced warehouse setting

• Clean background check and drug screening required

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, pull, and organize products according to order specifications

• Operate material handling equipment including stand-up forklifts and EPJ rider jacks

• Support general warehouse operations: cleaning, organizing, and maintaining inventory flow

• Assist with production-related tasks as assigned

• Dispose of waste and packaging materials following safety and cleanliness standards

• Demonstrate proficiency and safety compliance before operating any machinery

• Maintain efficiency in a high-activity, team-oriented environment
