Passenger Services Representative

Passenger Services Representative (PSR) works under the direction of the Passenger Services Lead. The PSR maintains the ability to perform duties in Onboard Passenger Services, Customer Service, and in the Operations Monitoring Center. The PSR will also fill in for staff when there is a temporary vacancy and receive and/or provide general backup support as needed. The PSR shifts vary greatly and coincide with the train schedule.
