I specialize in private one-on-one yoga and diet/lifestyle instruction for people of all shapes and sizes and for many reasons. People tend to seek my services to deal with a particular illness / injury holistically; people have also sought my services because their doctor told them to try yoga and they were afraid to start in a studio alongside people who already had a practice. I’ve worked with women, men, pregnant ladies, the injured, the fearful, the inflexible and as long as the student has been willing to try, I’ve seen my students have success after success.
