HOTWORX Modesto is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio dedicated to helping our community build strength, confidence, and healthy habits through innovative, heat-based training. Our studio features virtually instructed workouts performed inside infrared saunas, where members can enjoy increased calorie burn, improved circulation, and faster recovery. We offer a supportive, welcoming environment for all fitness levels and are committed to making wellness accessible, flexible, and enjoyable.
